Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustacean, molluscs and sulphur dioxide containing foods.
Mix 1 portion (3g = 1 measuring spoon = ½ tablespoon) of product with 300 ml of water using a mixing bottle. On work days, take 1 serving after training, on rest days, take 1 serving between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake!
